"This is a great home. Old home that has been very tastefully redone. Love the old charm mixed with the modernization. Very clean, comfortable place. The beds are super comfy. We came to town to visit LU with our daughter (17) and son came along as well (13). We all were impressed with the house. The neighborhood is an older one where some of the homes have been redone and some are still needing some work. But it’s in a great location to downtown, LU , and some of the other colleges in the area...

"We absolutely loved this property! It doesn’t matter if you walk out front or out back, you have an amazing view. You really don’t have to leave the property if you don’t want to. But if you do, there’s a ton of fun outdoor activities in the area. We will be back!"

"We booked the Mid-Century Minimalist for a "girls trip" for 6 old college-friends when we decided that Lynchburg was a good mid-way point for everyone driving in. We couldn't have picked a better accommodation. The home was located in a quiet and safe neighborhood and had ample space for 6 women with four spacious bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and very nice furnishings, including comfy beds. "This property is in a great location in Lynchburg. I'm sure our experience was a one off, but it wasn't the best VRBO experience. The property was nice with a tree house feel as listed with a large deck and two individual decks off the upstairs bedrooms. It was adequately supplied with towels, linens, etc. However, it wasn't clean. There were coffee grounds left in the coffee pot and they molded and the coffee pot in general was nasty. There was leftover hair in the shower and the floors...

"We visited our LU students for the weekend and had a few of their friends over for dinner. The location is close to campus and easy to find. The dining/living area was great for visiting and playing games. We like to stay in and cook rather than eat out. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked, but didn't have many extras for cooking every meal. It was a comfortable house for our family."
