"The outside of the building is a wreck. The lobby is new and the front desk clerk was great. The biggest problem was the condition of the building, very run down, and the cleanliness. When I went in the bathroom, there was something nasty all over the wall where your knees would be when sitting on the toilet. I don’t believe for one minute a cleaner couldn’t see it. I used hot water and a washcloth and wiped down the walls. I could have forgiven everything except that nastiness."
