The kitchen is fully furnished and the apartment is a few steps from the waterfront. The town has a charm you won’t find anywhere else and from the time we arrived everyone we met has been welcoming. I highly recommend this place to stay."

"The villa is very comfortable and well-equipped. It is about a 10 minute drive from Bellefontaine up some steep and winding roads but this means there are some fine views to be had. Unfortunately, throughout our stay the weather was wet and windy which is perhaps a feature of the location. Nevertheless it was an enjoyable visit to the northern half of Martinique."

"Villa Tonka was incredible in every way- the view, the hospitality of the host, Charles-Henry, the pool, the cleanliness, and everything in between. The property is located about 10 minutes up a winding mountain, so we would highly suggest renting a car. Nearby cities include Le Carbet and Case Pilote which house several awesome restaurants along the coast. "Nous sommes restés en famille, à 8, pendant 15 jours dans la villa et on était tous très content de notre séjour, aussi bien les jeunes 25-35 ans que nos parents 60ans. La villa est très bien située, dans un quartier calme avec une vue superbe sur la baie. Le petit bourg de Tartane est agréable, on allait à pied à la boulangerie, labsuperette de la station essence, y a aussi quelques restaurants avec de la cuisine locale que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. On avait des algues devant chez nous...

"We had a lovely time at Vivianne's house. The house is a bit out of the way inland, which makes it very quiet. The garden is extremely large and really beautiful, you can relax on the terrace in the evening and enjoy the garden. A little special feature: you can see fireflies at dusk."

"We stayed here for 16 nights in Nov/Dec and thoroughly enjoyed the accomodations. The house is about 90 minutes to 2 hours from the nicer beaches on the south end of the island, so having a private pool at our disposal was wonderful. It does take about 10-12 minutes to reach the house once you turn off the main road, and it is uphill all the way! However, that just made the views all the more breathtaking.
