"Extraordinary location with sublime views, lovely outdoor living space and refreshing pool surrounded by nature. The one thing not mentioned in the listing: The property shares a garden wall with a close neighbour who has noisy dogs that bark intermittently from 6am onwards. When the dogs aren't barking, this villa feels like a paradise on earth, private and serene. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you Francis!"

"Nous sommes restés en famille, à 8, pendant 15 jours dans la villa et on était tous très content de notre séjour, aussi bien les jeunes 25-35 ans que nos parents 60ans. La villa est très bien située, dans un quartier calme avec une vue superbe sur la baie. Le petit bourg de Tartane est agréable, on allait à pied à la boulangerie, labsuperette de la station essence, y a aussi quelques restaurants avec de la cuisine locale que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. On avait des algues devant chez nous...

"Villa Tonka was incredible in every way- the view, the hospitality of the host, Charles-Henry, the pool, the cleanliness, and everything in between. "The villa is very comfortable and well-equipped. It is about a 10 minute drive from Bellefontaine up some steep and winding roads but this means there are some fine views to be had. Unfortunately, throughout our stay the weather was wet and windy which is perhaps a feature of the location. Nevertheless it was an enjoyable visit to the northern half of Martinique."
