The first room we have been given was not cleaned and very dusty, luckily the staff were very understanding and relocated us in a better room. The general stay was OK but not the best for the same hotels chain. "

"This place is a no frills budget hotel and I knew that when I booked it so I can’t really complain. But a few little things could have been done better. When we arrived there was no one to check us in. The machine didn’t recognise our reservation… we were in a bit of a panic and nearly had to call Expedia… however thankfully a lady arrived and gave us our key card! The pillows were so cheap as were the amenities in the room. But like I say… I wasn’t expecting anything else and I hadn’t paid for...

"Standard French near autoroute hotel. Restaurant menu promising but really let down by chaotic (but friendly) service. No drink offfered, offered the dessert menu before my main had arrived etc. Would visit again if they can fix this."
