Great location, very clean and spacious and steps from the Piazza della Signoria. It's also on a side street so very quiet. Don't look any further if you're a group/family of 4 looking for a place to stay in Florence. "

"Location of this place is outstanding, a nice easy walk into the center of the historical area and to a small nearby food market. The apartment is nicely furnished with primarily antiques, spacious and welcoming, though a bit musty smelling. Bathrooms were updated and very clean. We continuously had problems with the Wi-Fi service, and though the owner was promptly responsive in regard to checking in and out there was zero response to our Wi-Fi questions. "It was awesome! 5th floor with a lift. Perfect location to watch New Years fireworks. Marusca was excellent host. The apartment was just as advertised. We recommend highly!"
