"The only issue with this hotel is the room for family specially the upper bed is not safe specially for families with small children, secondly there is not electric kettle in the room as i needed hot water for babies' milk . "

"I enjoyed my stay overall. When was supposed to leave I had a booked breakfast included in my hotel booking, I was supposed to leave early in order to catch my coach so I asked if o could get some rolls or something to go, I was told no I had to wait 25 minutes which means I would have missed my transport. I would like a refund for my missed breakfast."

"Overall it was pretty good. Only thing was as a Platinum (Expedia VIP) the breakfast wasnt included which expedia claimed in its terms. However, the staff was great and did offer a late checkout."
