"Wonderful service from the staff. Very helpful and polite. The rooms are bigger than expected and very quiet too. The free shuttle bus from nearby Sand hotel will bring us to the main city where all the shopping are."

"There are English speaking front-desk staff members. The service is always courteous. The hotel is under-going renovation, according to the welcome letter put on the desk in the guest room. I am not sure if this is the reason that the western restaurant was closed during these days."

"Very bad experience for staying this hotel. Even it’s non smoking floor, it’s smoking smell everywhere. Bad smoking smell in the room and also the blanket and pillows. My kids kept complaining and do not want to stay there. "

"We stayed at this hotel because it was the cheapest option compared to others and it has a pool. We were looking forward to it. Pool access is free; however, we need to pay an additional MOP 50 per person just for the swim cap/shower cap, which we thought would be free for all guests. We were a bit disappointed, so we ended up not swimming and decided to use the MOP 50 for our dinner instead of the swim cap. Lol. Still we recommend this hotel and near the ferry terminal and bus stop. "
