"I was going to have a later check-in, Rob called to check on my drive and see how we were and how much longer it was going to be before we were there. He left a local map for us and spent time talking to us to make sure we knew where to go for dinner and had everything we needed. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic! The rooms were cute, very well kept, and very clean. Wonderful place to stay!!"

"The hidden gem of western Michigan. It was our second time staying for tulip time and it won't be our last. This place is perfect. The rooms are updated, clean, and comfortable. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. It's in the ideal location with fun things to do in downtown Douglas, Saugatuck, and 20 min to Holland. They have a great courtyard with seating for bonfires for the cool evenings. Pet friendly too, we'll have to bring my lil buddy with us next next time. "

"Very clean lobby area and rooms!! Super friendly front desk staff when we checked in. We arrived 2 hours before scheduled check-in and our room was ready. A nice way to begin our stay. Easy, convenient access to the highway. Cute restaurant just down the road…Isabel’s Bakery. Would definitely stay here again when in town. Thank you."
