"Booked for two nights as part of our Spain travel, Staff very friendly and accommodating, requested a last minute card and wine for my husband's birthday but they still made it possible, not too near to the beach area but very relaxing ambience and amenities. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Excellent customer service. "

"Exellent place to stay but now they have a lot off youngster’s coming who the hotel can control late at nights as they are ranting and raving into the early hours off the morning and you can’t get to sleep till 4am been going to the same hotel for last 7 years but I think it’s time to change as hotel staff did nothing about the youngsters "

"The adults only roof top pool/bar/sun deck stole the show. It was so quiet and relaxin up there and never busy. The lack of all inclusive snack bar was a let down and the "hot" food at meals times was always luke warm if not cold. There was often a queue but it went down quickly. "Overall we enjoyed our second stay here, the all inclusive is really good if you don't mind only a slightly varied menu and the usual drinks. Staff were all polite and helpful, fun too! The spa is nice but the water in the jacuzzi could be warmer. Last year our room was in better condition and seemed cleaner than this year but you do get wear and tear.
