I was greeted by 3 security guards walk in to the hotel on my way to the check-in lobby. 2 staff ask me for my passport and it went uphill from there. The staff were courteous, told me how important all the customers who comes in to the hotel. We expect customers to have a wonderful stay. And for one, I experienced it. The staff the food and housekeeping provides excellent services."

We were only informed by the staff there, when we arrived, that they do not accept bookings since they are closed or under maintenance since last year. The pool, one of the reasons why we booked, for the kids' request, was under maintenance. In short, no swimming. So why offer this resort on your site? We'll appreciate if you coordinate with Paradise Ranch to expedite our refund asap. Thank you."
