"The stay was enchanting. Our room overlooked the Mara River, allowing us to watch the hippos bathe daily. The staff was invariably friendly and smiling. Rose, our waiter, was perpetually cheerful. Caleb, in housekeeping, delighted us with charming notes. Moseka, our safari guide, impressed us with his extensive knowledge and knack for finding incredible spots. Nancy, the hotel manager, made it a point to check on us daily, ensuring our satisfaction. In summary, the experience was exceptional, and I am eager to return. "Massively impacted by rain floods which made main road leading to and fro the lodge near to impossible to navigate on or over. Rivulets and erosion break offs. Staff dedicated and committed, food varied and 3-meal buffet style offered plenty of choices. Accommodation naturally rustic and 'hut-like' as one would expect and seek out on a Safari tour. Electricity generally generator-powered and solar-supported. Nice rustic setting overall and strong efforts made of daily outdoor maintenance being undertaken. "

"The property is average, definitely not worth the amount of money charged. For that amount of money $300 plus a night, you should receive a 4 star plus accommodation. I had to ask for towels in the room. The food was buffet style but still average."
