"Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Unfortunately Sa Pa was foggy during our stay so we never got to appreciate the view from the room but I imagine it’s an amazing view. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is in a good location. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Sa Pa thank you to the great staff for a wonderful stay. "

"The staff at this place are incredible. If you have any issues they will resolve it in matter of minutes. You have to do the trip to Fansipan as if you stay there you get a free upgrade to VIP and fast track. Take advantage of this as it will make the trip that much more convenient. One of the best places I’ve stayed and would recommend every time asked. "

"The farmstay was a highlight of our trip to Vietnam. The grounds and countryside were spectacular. It was a perfect base for our treking around the SaPa area. The family were so hospitable, the meals were great and the children very cute and friendly. "

"Exemplary service from all staff here. Received a complimentary room upgrade to a suite with an excellent view of the fields and mountains. Cozy and tranquil. It’s not near to Sapa town though but they have an in-house restaurant with good variety of food at very reasonable prices as well. Best place for a recharge and back to nature moments. "

"It was amazing stay with my mom. Even though we couldn’t try the swimming pool because of the weather, the infinity pool from the pool was amazing. The breakfast was also amazing. Staffs were so so kind. Would like to visit again with my siblings "

"For our first visit to Sapa, we are so happy we stayed at the Bamboo Hotel! It is conveniently located for both trekking and the amenities of Sapa. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the onsite spa was a delight. By far, the best part though was the staff. They were all so wonderful but in particular, Julie at the front desk went above and beyond for us every chance she had. She even went as far as hand delivering a birthday cake (with a song!). "I can't say enough good things about our stay here. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. "I stayed at the Family room (2 bedrooms), ample space for all. We got the mountain view. Fantastic view during clear sky especially in the morning. About 5 mins walk to Moana.
