It was my birthday during my stay and I was kindly given a lovely hand written card and cake which was a nice touch. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"We arrived very early for our check-in and was greeted by David who was very friendly and polite. He allowed to access the area while we waited for a room to be ready. All the staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Although the hotel is a little bit out from the city centre, the transport links are excellent. The metro station is less than 100 meters from the hotel entrance. If we every go back to Prague, we would definitely look at booking this hotel again. "
