"I had a great stay at this hostel. The entrance to the hostel seemed a bit dodge to start with but once inside it really is a beautiful hostel. The living area was great, the kitchen has everything you needed. Tea and coffee were complimentary all day and the breakfast in the morning was also included, the selection was small but enough, a few cereals, breads, cheeses, meats, fruits, spreads, biscuits etc. the rooms were clean as were the bathrooms. "Great place to stay. Didn’t feel too old for a hostel, private room with en suite was super comfortable and clean. Kitchens to use were well equipped with free tea, coffee, milk and cereal. Great easy instructions on how to get room keys on arrival etc and fantastic location to base yourself in krakow. Highly recommend as great value for money."

"The cleanliness in the room was shocking. Primarily the bed linen, they use grey fluffy blankets as a mattress protector. There was black fluff, bits of crisps, stained linen, brown marks on the blankets. It smelt like damp in the whole room. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from next door and hallways. Never again ! "
