You will stay in total calm, close to the metro and shops. Parking is free all around. Enjoy the place, alone, for two or 3 people. Ideal for a tourist stay in the discovery of Lyon, a professional trip a romantic weekend.

You will enjoy the tranquility and comfort of this house. Its style and atmosphere will make you spend an atypical stay in the heart of Lyon.

On the first floor: a fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious, modern bathroom with whirlpool shower.
On the second floor: a cosy living room with HD TV, WIFI, a desk for working and a 120*180 single sofa bed.
On the second floor, a cosy mezzanine: a comfortable 140*200 bed.

We provide you with basic products (rice, pasta) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen. Sheets and towels are included.

Thanks to our connected lock system, the entrance to the apartment is rather flexible (after 3PM). Checkout is up to 11AM maximum.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty.

Supplementary linen fees apply when 2 persons wish to use one double bed each. It costs 18€ for the use of the linen for the whole stay.
