"The house is lovely, everyone from adults to children enjoyed staying here! The games room and slide was a massive hit with the children and every room was spacious and very clean! Would 100% recommend staying here for a short break or longer! Myself, my family and my friends will be looking to stay here again in the future "

"The house and location was just perfect for a family ranging in age from 5 to 66. Plenty of room for everyone. The house has everything you need. We spent Christmas here and didn’t want for anything . Warm, comfortable and homely.Good communication with host. We will definitely be back. "

"Came here for a short stay. The bungalow was clean on arrival and all the necessaties of a home away from home facilities were in place (large fridge/freezer), cooker, TV/Wifi, shower etc and worked as expected. The bungalow was very warm and the heating a little hard to work out how to adjust to get it cooler but with the large patio door it wasn't such a problem. The place does look a little dated with some older styled furntiure but it was all comfy and for the price I have no complaints. ...

House was just what we needed and the scones with clotted cream and jam left by the owners was a lovely touch.With the house just minutes from the beach, the cars were parked up at the start of the break and not used again until we left.Will definitely look to book again for next year."

"Jenny was an excellent host friendly and helpful, the property and accommodation was absolutely perfect. A quiet area but close to everything you need to make an enjoyable experience. The room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable king size bed. It’s light and airy with a lovely shower. I would recommend a stay at Jenny’s place to anyone looking to explore the area with Barnstaple town close by and the Tarka Trail. Devon is a Beautiful County. Many thanks for a pleasant stay.
