"A lovely modern property. The bedroom was lovely and the bed very comfortable. The en-suite was a decent size and the shower was very good. No bath. It was easy to locate using sat nav. Lovely quiet location and views. "

The other great features are the art room, utility room and masses of games and puzzles on offer. The grounds are beautiful, too, with amazing views of the surrounding countryside. On our first day we had a lovely walk from the top field to Lee Abbey and the bay, and it is a great base for local attractions such as Woody Bay...
