"We had booked through a 3rd party and they reassigned us to a different room type than we booked… and one that did not fit our family (which were all on the reservation. The front desk staff recognized this at checkin and had an upgraded room urgently cleaned for us. It was frustrating waiting with the kids in tow, but they got it done within an hour and the room was beautiful, spacious and clean. "

"It was a very pleasant stay. The staff was AMAZING!! The best I have EVER experienced! The reason I gave a 4 star for the area around the property is because it was a little messy. It wasn't necessally the hotel property that was messy it was the neighboring properties that were messy but we still had to look at it. 4 stars for the condition and facilities because the hot tub was broken and that was all we really wanted to enjoy for one night! "Great suite for family use. Very clean, spacious modern and comfortable. The outdoor pool on the 6th floor was fun and quite warm so easy to swim in despite cooler weather. Definitely recommend for families staying to explore the area. The distance to Disney was easily walkable and much easier than dealing with disney parking on site. "For this being a motel it was pretty decent. The staff was friendly, and our room was clean. Breakfast was kinda like a snack- hostess snack and oatmeal + bananas. Overall pretty nice stay expect for my neighbors who were loud and yelling at like 1 am. "

"We picked this place because it was 5 minutes from our son's house. It is a very nice basement apartment. Spacious kitchen and a cozy fireplace. Two things that would take away from the stay were not being able to control the heat and the footsteps of the occupants upstairs. But, you would have the same in a condo or apartment rental. The house is in very quiet neighborhood, which we loved. Most likely would stay again. "

"Loved this hotel. Was a little hesitant about it at first since I felt like it wasn’t too close to the waterfront park of pike place market. What changed my mind tho is how nice the hotel is. The room we got was really spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly as well. Loved how we still got a nice view of the city so that was a plus for us. We ended up getting some coffee on their second floor and it was pretty great. For the price that I paid and the time we were there I will definitely consider booking here in the future and recommend this hotel to anyone else visiting Seattle."
