"The drawers had crumbs in them, but overall the hotel was very nice. It has an indoor pool and a hot breakfast that is delicious. It was in the perfect location for us. We'll be staying again next time we're in town. "

"Wonderful staff, especially the housekeepers and the front desk folks. Only stayed one night but will keep this one in my list of places to stay in the Nashville area. Had a problem with the door on first room and the housekeepers did their best to resolve it but it was a broken handle. Front desk upgraded me to a really super room. All in all, everyone at this Hampton Inn treats the guests like they're in a top tier Hilton property! "

"My wife and I were on a short weekend get-a-way at the end of the holiday season. We had long wanted to visit the Franklin area and we called this short visit a reconnaisance trip to check it out. The Iglesita (little chapel, as it is called by the owners) was a highlight of the trip. It surpassed our expectations. The pictures are very accurate. "Very nice, quiet, and clean hotel. Front desk was excellent and welcoming. Room was clean, shower was great, and bed not as good as my own, but nice. If I was nitpicking, the fridge was barely functioning. Overall, I'll stay there again."

"We booked pretty late, but still would have been nice if paperwork was ready. Other places were prepared for us when we arrived at their facilities. Left out waiting in the cold. Otherwise a nice clean property. Would recommend for a overnight, but not much more."

"Staff was great, and very friendly. Nice property, liked the room and large shower. Disliked the comfort of the pillows as we had a difficult time getting comfortable, and the hot breakfast left much to be desired. Eggs were always rubbery or something; they just weren’t right. Hotel is near a busy highway that is very loud. All things considered we would stay here again."
