Have stayed here several times It gets worse each time Lady at the front desk was rude and staff just stood around smoking or eating every time we saw them . There was plenty of work they could have been doing. This was our last time staying there

Our room was dirty, shower tub was slippery with no grab bars, shower spray was sparse, no hair dryer in room, no hangers in closet. The bed was comfortable!

Check in was bad. I reserved room with a cc that had expired before we got there. They tried to run it anyway. I gave them new card but still couldn't get it to work. All they tried to do was manually change exp date not the security code. Then we go down at 7 for breakfast and they didnt have anything ready yet even though they started at 6am. We saw several people come down and leave because there was nothing. The light in the bathroom and in front of door didnt work when we got there either. I will say that it was very quiet.

People were nice. Place was clean. Breakfast was varied and good. The only negative was that the coffee in the urns at breakfast was not hot. Only a little warm. I used the microwave to heat it up. So, problem solved, but that adds an unnecessary step.

no iron in the room, no hand soap in the room. pool dirty. while staff was friendly there wasn't many available and didn't seem very well trained ( didn't seem to know how to answer questions lots of um's and let me check) breakfast was sad!! only about 1/2 items that are usually available and what was there was cold. We had to go out for breakfast.
