"Was here for Saint Patrick day as well as my anniversary. Hotel staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t eat at hotel or use the pool so couldn’t give a review on that. All and nice little trip. "

"Conveniently close to the event we were attending in Cleveland and had ample parking though the elevator in the parking garage was broken. Staff was very friendly and even gave a discount on the parking garage fee due to the elevator issue. "

"I had a horrible experience this trip. There was no television service throughout the whole hotel. No one had service. The plumbing was slow. There was stuff backed up in the sink. The toilet flushed slowly. The shower drain was slow. Residue left from person showering before. Had to personally wipe out what was left from prior family member to not get left over body wash or sudsy water on feet."
