"Mini stay of three nights to visit with family - Betty’s was great, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, good heating, lovely big sitting room perfect for hosting our motley crew from around the area. Garden looked nice but definitely not the weather for it this time!! "

The location was perfect - central, seconds from the sea and near to all of our planned activities. The communal areas were fantastic, especially the large dining area. "The property is well positioned, parking is a challenge but we knew that before we arrived. Lovely shops to browse in, nice places to eat and lots to see. We very much enjoyed our stay despite the cold winter wind! "

"Nice, comfortable property . Car parking was very useful. The weather was atrocious so we were grateful of the living and kitchen areas. Some of the curtains, curtain rails, windows latches a little tired. but overall clean. We had to buy wine glasses which we left at the property. There was glasses just not 4 the same. Very quiet and safe area. When arriving please note there are two boack boxes on the wall outside the front door. The key is located in the bottom access code box and...

"It was a delight to hear the wildlife, and nothing else (!), during my stay at The Hideaway. - Quite refreshing. The accommodation has all one needs, but the emphasis has to be towards the “outdoors”, the tranquillity it offers and marvellous views of the countryside. Walks galore on your doorstep, or just find a spot to sit and take it all in. Well worth a visit."

Sea Vale is the last house before you get to the beach in a private road.

"The property is excellently located for the local beach which our dogs loved. Local amenities were as you’d expect for a seaside area. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bathrooms and bedrooms were tidy. "

"We had a wonderful weekend as a group of 8 friends. Plenty of space and well equipped for our group. We enjoying long walks along the coast and even managed a dip in the sea in January! The house was peaceful with a relaxed chilled-out vibe and the open fire was an added bonus on a cold evening. Communication with Kevin the owner was excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house."
