"Will simply say I arrived btwn 12a.m.-1a.m. due to a very delayed flight via bad storms. The staff did not miss a beat. Everything went very smoothly. I checked in, received all the info needed re the hotel, the room was ready, was given the name of a restaurant willing to deliver at 1 a.m., etc. That was a sign of things to come. From that point on, everything went very smoothly. The people at the hotel are ‘to a person,’ very nice [i.e., entire staff] , and they understand the concept...

We waited until one hour after checking, and never received a call. I went to the front desk and was told our room was ready for quite some time but the previous shift didn’t let the new shift know we were waiting."
