"Everything is just perfect and safe and if it’s not you just go to reception and they always make it right someone there 24 hours to help if needed the staff are smart approachable polite and respectful we love it there the shops are beautiful and the beautiful view of the clean beach and sea is just perfect plenty of parking. My only suggestion is more Disabled parking would be nice "

"Great stay for an overnight shopping trip. My 2nd stay here, last time was December 2023. Plenty of parking, friendly check in. Room was spacious and perfectly acceptable with a fab view over fields and lovely Dove toiletries in the bathroom. Full length mirror outside of bathroom door, if anything lighting could be better in room. Sufficient tea/coffee making, really comfy beds. We changed our dining plans last minute and ate in hotel. Food was exceptionally good, perfectly cooked steak, generous side dishes and great wine too. Our waitress Martha did a wonderful job of looking after us, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you IHG, will be back!"

"It was just an issue overnight stay before we travelled through the Channel Tunnel but it was extremely pleasant. Good secure parking. My wife was able to use the pool. Room was lovely. Would stay there again."
