"Maria is a welcoming and very helpful host. The accommodation is a sprawling and spacious two bedroom ground floor apartment with immediate access to the Praca do Republica. It is very well equipped. There is a very pleasant, private garden, which was a great place to relax in the evening. A great balance between cosy and comfortable. There were lots of mosquitoes in the area at the time of our visit but Maria guided us to ways to minimize them. There is free parking nearby."

"I was impressed with the property initially, it was well equipped but lacked a milk jug and teapot. Also the internet was often unavailable.One of the biggest problem were the beds, far too low and the pillows were poorly filled and therefore uncomfortable.I had to go out and buy two new ones. The showers were extremely difficult to control and one was in great danger of being scalded. The shower cubicle downstairs was too small to turn around in as a result your body would inadvertently either...

"Had a lovely stay in Cabanas in this traditional Portuguese house in a small town. Everything was within walking distance. Close to the boardwalk and ferry across Ria Formosa lagoon to the beach. Two wonderful terraces. Nicely decorated with artistic touches. We had a few issues that required us to contact the owner who responded immediately. Would recommend to others!"

"Central location comes with daytime, and evening noise. Noise from people passing by, restaurants in the immediate area and construction nearby could be heard in the front of the unit (living room and second bedroom). Front of the unit (master bedroom, kitchen, and decks) were relatively quiet. We would recommend this unit for 2 guests. "We had an incredible week long holiday at this property to celebrate my 30th birthday with friends and family. The property is stunning and the pictures certainly don’t do it justice. (Suggestion to update the photos online :) ) we spent hours and hours in the pool and such a quick walk down to the beach. The team were very helpful and we had a good experience overall. "The description of the property and its location to the beach was perfect. I really thought there would be one or two properties scattered on the sand dune. I was surprised to find the area very built up and busy. Unfortunately, or holiday dates coincided with a yearly motorbike rally. Some of the bikers were very noisy, making their engines screech, loud music. The bikes parked everywhere, even along the wall to the property, it was almost impossible to walk up the road to the shop and ferry...
