"Easy walk from train station. All information was accurate. Perfect location to everything. The front door is hard to open but don’t give up, it eventually works. And if you run out of hot water just be sure to tell the owner so he can refill gas tank. Definitely would stay here again. Communication was perfect."

"Just back from 9 night stay . The apartment is immaculate and the location is excellent. You don’t need a car as can walk to a variety of supermarkets and the local food market . The ferry boats to the beach are 5 minutes walk and the castle ruins the same . We took the train from Tavira Station which is walkable from the apartment to the border town of Vila real de San Antonio and hopped on the small ferry across to Ayamonte in Spain for the afternoon. "It was confusing. I thought I had a room in the Inn but they were sold out and put us in a 3 bedroom apartment a few blocks away at a much higher price. I was disappointed. Much more than I needed but since I needed a room what else was I to do. I wish the commutation at booking time had been better. The apartment would work well for a family though. "The place is exactly as described. Everything that is needed for a comfortable stay is there. Nelson and Paula are wonderful people, very helpful in making suggestions for day trips and sightseeing, Nelson sends us all information right down to google map. He took us on a tour around town on our first day. We were lucky that on our last day at Olhao, Nelson had to go to Faro, he very generously offered to give us a ride to the bus station. "We just had the best time! Quiet, clean, spacious, panoramic views with plenty of little outdoor balconies or terrace nookies. The air conditioning was wonderful. My only regret was not to be able to use the jaccuzzi with hot water. Hopefully Nick will fix it by the time I come back! "

"A lovely ground floor apartment to stay in for a break in Tavira, plenty of space inside and out. We had an issue when we arrived with cracked tiles on the patio but this had already been reported and a builder was sorting the issue. Well worth booking plus Tavira is a beautiful town to visit. "

"Nothing had been organised for our stay. Very unprofessional manager,Really bad damp and musty smell.Beds were wet, windows leaked during night. No coffee machine working, no wine glasses. Lamps in bedrooms crackled, fire hazard... the list goes on.. there is no entertaining space other than kitchen for 8 ppl thats crazy.."

"The place was well equipped and very clean. It is in a great location to access local beaches. The grocery store nearby is very handy. The owner is so very nice and accommodating. Loved the deck for morning coffee and evening wine. Suggestion is to have some beach towels as tourists normally do not travel with them. Great stay, highly recommend"
