"After problems with the original accommodation that we had booked (which wasn't Novotel), it was a relief to be greeted by such friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and very comfortable, breakfast was excellent and the location was ideal for exploring Luxembourg. The centre was easily accessible by tram, or via a very nice walk through the old fort. My kids loved it!"

"We were so pleased with everything during our two-night stay. Our room was spacious and overlooked the city. Large bathroom with amenities, including bathrobes. The beds were wonderful. The elegant decor and architecture was very well maintained. Several turn-of-the century seating areas and beautiful wooden bar and winding staircase. Unfortunately, we had much rain, but the proximity to numerous restaurants and sites still lured us! The breakfast was extremely well-displayed with a great variety of foods. Attentive servers! The reception gentleman went above-and-beyond, providing us with information, maps, answering our questions about the history of the hotel, restaurants, tram connections to the train station, —and all with wit and a bit of humor! But he did not laugh at my very limited French! (We are from Seattle, Washington, USA.). Would LOVE to be able to return here someday…"
