"A surprisingly excellent stay. Centrally located within walking distance of most historical sights, metro, trams and buses. The room was superb, clean, quiet and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The sustainability aspect was on point. "

"Top notch! We arrived outside and not 1 but 2 concierge came running out to our taxi to take our bags! We do short breaks with luggage consisting of a backpack but they still insisted. Our room was beautiful and the sunken bath was fab but I only noticed it late on in our stay. Everything was perfect. No noise etc. Cocktails in the bar were amazing and the waiters were just fabulous. We didnt eat at the restaurant as unfortunately they dont support the welfare of animals 😔 it was a huge let down as i wanted to enjoy dinner when we arrived but we went elsewhere. We own a restaurant back home and sourcing produce from seas and farms means we know what goes on and we need to ensure there's no animal cruelty for our own piece of mind. Its sad 5* hotels don't care about animals 😢 "
