"I had my doubts at first due to no information on how to check into this property. Apparently the host was sending messages to VRBO that I was not receiving. I was able to call the host and received the check in information. We had a wonderful stay at this house. Our sons and their girlfriends met us there. There was plenty of room for everyone. Everything was very neat and tidy. It was nice to have a garage to park in. I would definitely stay here again. 🙂"

"We enjoyed our stay. The home is a split level and the stairs were a little tricky, sort of a lip on the edge of each stair that was difficult to navigate"

"We had to stay for a work trip. The description of the house fit our needs so we booked it. It was much nicer than the photos had shown. Very spacious and extremely clean. We would certainly stay here again!"

"The property was stunning. We were a little disappointed that was no river view from anywhere on the property. After all it is called the Riverview Cabin. We loved the atmosphere and the quiet setting of the property."

"Perfect house and location for a fun family weekend. House was perfect for having a 1.5 year old. Toys in the basement, pack n play and park one block away. 10 minutes from USF stadium and HyVee close by made it perfect location for us. "

"We had trouble with the lock as we followed instructions a bit too closely and the lock reset. One phone call and a few minutes later a very kind gentleman came and reset it for us. It was a bit uncoordinated having 4 people trying to get shoes off in the tiny entrance without stepping on carpet or rolling down the stairs but we did it."

"The beds were hard, furniture was cheap, downstairs shower barely useable (drain leaks, shower tension rod not functional, recent water pipe repair visible), ants found under carpet in dining area, carpet stained and smelly, coffee k-cups not working/maker acts as though it hasn't been cleaned well, warm water barely fills tub before its cold, most games unplayable d/t missing pieces. The worst part is the picture of the backyard online doesnt show large section of fence missing. Makes it hard...
