"Was surprised how close the hotel from train staion. It was a 2 minute walk across. So convenient for transportation approaching taxi for a ride to the Grotto."

"I believe this is the oldest hotel in Lourdes. The owners have done an incredible job of renovation. The attention to every detail from comfortable beds, beautiful bedding, amenities in the bathroom, a fantasticily gorgeous indoor, swimming, pool, and hot tub outside. The staff is obviously hand-picked for professionalism, extreme kindness cheerfulness. I especially like the evening checks to make sure everything is OK and if more towels or anything is needed in the room. Such a feeling of being cared for welcomed, and a feeling to be at home. An easy location walking to the grotto, as well as to shops and other features in the town of Lourdes, I highly recommend this for a beautiful respite while in Lourdes. Also dining at the restaurant, the food was phenomenal, extreme attention to detail in the preparation, quality and presentation of the meal. A gorgeous breakfast as well."

Le gîte était confortable pour 4 personnes bien équipé et propre juste une petite remarque vérifier que la bonde de la douche soit nettoyée. Heureusement que le monsieur qui s'occupe du logement était là à notre arrivée car je n'avais pas le numéro de l'appartement. À par ça parfait."

"Booked for 3 nights. Left after 2 as soon as we could get booked in elsewhere. I understand it’s “budget” but the rooms are more like prison sells. The bathroom was filthy, mould all around the edges, brown splats up the door. Door was falling apart at the bottom. It was 25° when we stayed and the aircon wasn’t working. It was unbearable in the room. We kept trying to catch someone on reception and every time we went down no one was around. If you are booking a family room with bunk bed, be prepared you will need to set this up and put the sheets on. The only thing that I would say was a good point was that the car park was secure. The town has very little in it, so it’s all fast food outlets."
