"The location is not bad depending on what you want to do. The hotel is a relatively easy walking distance from a large market place, several museums and casinos. Some of the areas are a bit run down but never felt unsafe. The hotel staff was very accommodating and did what they could to fulfill my needs. "Fabulous stay in this lovely bed and breakfast! The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, delicious coffee, eggs to order and the most divine pancakes with banana and caramel. Easy walk to the shops, beach overlooks and beautiful parks. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Fresia was especially wonderful! Would definitely stay again! "

"The B&B El Olivar was fantastic. The room was clean and well appointed, the location of the B&B was nice, and most of all Joseph was a fantastic host. He was very helpful with recommendations of things to do and places to eat. Joseph even helped us out on our return trip through Lima when we had a very long layover but weren't staying overnight. If you travel to Lima and want to stay in San Isidro, I heartily recommend B&B El Olivar."
