"On long stays, we prefer a home as opposed to a hotel. This one was perfect. Exactly as described, secure parking, all of the amenities of home. Miguel, the host's representative, very pleasant, accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. The property owner was also very quick to respond questions and was able to book our dates on very short notice (in about 24-48 hours)...we tend to just up and go for holiday. haha. Overall..Excellent, as the title says!!"

"Very accessible and super friendly front desk staff. Kenedy park is literally a few minutes walk away and there are so many shipping and dining options around the area. The only down side is that the building itself needs some maintenance and you can hear the nightlife outside. I personally can sleep through about anything so it didn't bother me, but keep in mind that it does get a bit noisy. The property management is very responsive as well, so anytime I needed something, I could just send...

"The location is perfect. There is so much within walking distance. We will definitely be back. It was a great size, very clean, comfortable and we will be back in the future! "My family and I had a great stay at this property. It was walking distance to grocery store/small plaza, el metropolitano bus station, and several excellent restaurants. We were very happy with our stay there. Bathrooms were spacious and main bedrooms were comfortable. I will say however that because it was so central, it was quite noisy due to car traffic. Definitely took 2 days to get used to it. I recommend bringing ear plugs for when you go to sleep. The only reason this property is getting...
