"We stayed at the property as a base for our stay in Belfast. Whilst a relatively small property, it was okay for our needs in terms of what we were looking for as a base. It was clean inside but the outside area (windows & doors) could have been better and the tree outside was littered with dog poo. In terms of location it also certainly fit the bill in terms of being close to the City Centre. However, during the week, there were multiple construction events happening which started at 7.30am....

X3 bathrooms complete with complimentary shower gel and shampoo but the shower cubicles need some attention and a thorough clean. "Reached out days before arrival to get check in information and Had lockbox for key. Bread, pancakes, mini muffins with butter provided. Used notebook left for instructions on check out. Only one bathroom for 9 people in 5 bedrooms. Located 30 minutes driving time to Belfast. Parking on street or at church. Very cute cafe shop located across the streets with delicious fresh homemade donuts. Room were clean."

"Our stay was great! The owners were very responsive - we only had one towel when we checked in but they got us some more very quickly. They sent over recommendations as well prior to. It was easy to find and the street parking is plenty. We were on the other side of the river of downtown Belfast but was still easy to walk to, about a 20 min walk. "We had a fabulous stay at Ashside Cottage. We were welcomed by Richard and Caroline who gave us a tour of the house and filled us in on places of interest in and around the area. The cottage was beautiful with parts dating from 16th century. It had everything we needed, including home baked bread. "The townhouse was perfect. Beautifully equipped. “Pass the keys” is an awful management company. It took 3 days for them to respond to questions , I will not rent another property managed by “pass the keys”."

"The property is as advertised except for the “patio.” I’m not sure that is really accurate as it is a small pad at the back of the property, not really a place to sit or anything like that. The neighborhood is fine, a short walk to/from restaurants, etc. The house was comfortable for two couples. We had to find the router in order to find the network and password. Also, it may have been our error but we could not get the towel warmers to work."

"This property is in a convenient location on a main bus route to the city centre. There is also street parking if needed. The house itself is in some need of refurbishment- stained and flaking paintwork. Damaged flooring and furniture. Front door is difficult to lock and unlock. In terms of equipment it is very poorly appointed. This property should host 4 people there were only 3 plates, no spoons, 1 saucepan, no bottle opener - I could continue. There is an iron but no ironing board....

"We stayed for 3 nights for ease to be closeby to the Royal Victoria Hospital - which only took us about 8 minutes in the car. Check in was brilliant, really lovely member of staff on the desk.
