"We stayed at the property as a base for our stay in Belfast. Whilst a relatively small property, it was okay for our needs in terms of what we were looking for as a base. It was clean inside but the outside area (windows & doors) could have been better and the tree outside was littered with dog poo. In terms of location it also certainly fit the bill in terms of being close to the City Centre. However, during the week, there were multiple construction events happening which started at 7.30am....

"Our stay was great! The owners were very responsive - we only had one towel when we checked in but they got us some more very quickly. They sent over recommendations as well prior to. It was easy to find and the street parking is plenty. We were on the other side of the river of downtown Belfast but was still easy to walk to, about a 20 min walk. Only one bathroom for 9 people in 5 bedrooms. Located 30 minutes driving time to Belfast. Parking on street or at church. Very cute cafe shop located across the streets with delicious fresh homemade donuts. Room were clean."

"We had a fabulous stay at Ashside Cottage. We were welcomed by Richard and Caroline who gave us a tour of the house and filled us in on places of interest in and around the area. We had arrived just days after storm Eowyn when much of the country was without power. She secured back up lodging for us just in case the power didn't return.
