"The beds were uncomfortable and the wife was almost hurt when she sat up and the bed tilted. The towels were like sandpaper. We had to phone someone to get in, who didnt speak anu english which I know isnt expected in their own country. Fortunately I managed. Others might not. Location was the best part of the visit."

"We had a very enjoyable and relaxing fortnight at Jerome’s lovely villa. The setting was absolutely stunning and the villa very comfortable and spacious. Beautiful views from every window and terrace. The swimming pool was very much enjoyed by the family, very clean and a good size for swimming. The villa is also well located, within a short drive to amenities and lovely hilltop tows but peaceful and not overlooked. Jerome was a great host, always quick to respond to any questions and generous with his knowledge of the region. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Jerome. "

"We stayed for ten nights and had a wonderful time. Six adults seven children and a dog. The location is stunning even more beautiful than the photographs. Air conditioning in most bedrooms and the interior rooms were cool despite 35+ temp outside. The owner was great, cleaned the pool every day before we got up and was available if we needed anything, which in the event we did not. A perfect location to relax, and also explore the surrounding area."

"The property was so authentic and beautiful. Dated but for us this was a good thing as it felt local and special. Paqui was extremely helpful even though he didn’t speak much English, his daughter helped communicate with us via WhatsApp and gave us lots of recommendations and support with travel. We were hoping to use taxis but because of the villa location this is not possible all the time so if you’re staying here you should definitely get a Hire car! The biggest supermarket was 17 min drive away and there was a petrol station about 8 min drive that sold all the basics. We had 2 nights out in the town where we drove one car in (2 trips) and got 2 taxis back to the villa and collected the car the next day using the other car (9 of us in total went) The views were incredible and the beds comfy. Air con was awesome! It felt like home the minute we arrived. Paqui also provided fresh veg! We were all very sad to leave the villa and are missing it a lot. We hope to return! Absolutely stunning! "Property was just as described and host was responsive and very helpful. Wonderfully private setting with out of this world views, yet short drive to villages of Iznajar and Rute. Pool was great and layout of the house worked very well for our family. Host (Jim) even helped us jump start our car battery which had died! We would highly recommend this beautiful getaway spot."
