The room was entirely different from the picture shown. The hotel representative shifted the blame to us and claimed that we misunderstood as we had booked a room for 3 pax ( window room but the window was sealed and blocked) when the pic shown was a room for 4. However, he agreed to upgrade us for a day and subsequently downgrade us to a no window room the next day. We believed the beds were filthy as we had many bites and rashes after the first night. He was dismissive of the situation when mentioned to him. In the middle of the 2nd night, at 1 am, I received a text saying that there will be no water for the next day and the only compensation they provided was a 5 l bottle of mineral water for 3 pax to wash up the next morning. After 2 nights of super inconvenience, the hotel did not even apologise, much less compensate. Travellers with bulky luggage will find the hotel very inconvenient as there is no lift. The rooms are tiny with little to no space to move about, ( we need to climb on the beds to move from one corner to the other) definitely not recommended to people with claustrophobia. The accommodation is the worst we have seen with the worst attitude.
