"I needed to stay nearby and was impressed by the ease of arrival, available parking, welcome from the staff, vastness of communal areas, class and quality of the dining area. I would have wished to expolore the parkland and next time I will use the spa facility. "

"The hotel is very nice. The service was very friendly, and the room was spotless. Perhaps the only drawback is the bathroom, since it has an exhaust fan running continuously, it is very cold in winter. But other than that, everything was great. The area is very nice to walk around, there are good cafes in the surroundings, stores and lots of green areas. Also, very good connection by train and bus to other cities like Utrecht and Amsterdam. In addition, the hotel has its own restaurant and cinema which can be a good panorama for a rainy weekend. Highly recommended."

"Amazing hotel, we had the family room that was made for children, it had anything you'd need and more - our little one loved picking up the books and sat in the comfy chair to read them. There was also a changing table, lovely cot and a baby bath, which made us feel like we were at home. The only criticism would be the room had some stairs, so it would be great if there was an optional stair gate for our peace of mind, as we couldn't leave our toddler alone to roam free; also the shower leaked a little bit from the bottom. Other than that, a brilliant experience, we'll definitely be back!"

"The hotel with the best location in Arnhem - within walking distance from anywhere. Parking is too expensive - so think of a better alternative. Breakfast was too basic for the hotel class."

"Lovely hotel 30 min walk from centre of Utrecht. Very polite and helpful staff. The pool looked inviting but I hadnt swim gear with me. The gym is very basic and too small and too hot. Bar area was lovely. Traffic from the busy road can be heard in the mornings if youre not used to such noise."
