"Beautiful hotel with very good location in downtown La Spezia with easy access to the waterfront and local restaurants. Also has a rooftop bar which provides wonderful views of the promenade along the waterfront. Very clean and friendly place to stay…. No parking on site, but hotel has an agreement with a parking garage less that a block away."

"The staff were lovely, very clean ,a reasonable breakfast and they could cater for gluten free, it would be nice if there had been more fresh fruit. An easy walk into town , uphill coming back but not too bad. "

"Our main point of contact was amazing and helpful. He met us at the train station and showed us to our room/apartment. He gave us information about the area, helped with our bags, and showed us our space. The balcony with a view was amazing - I'd stay here again in a minute. The location is fantastic and you really feel like you are living in the Cinque Terre. "

"I think the hotel should indicate that there are more than 50 steps to reach your room. Furthermore, when you reserve the address that is given is not the address where you will be staying. So the nice building shown is not where you will be staying. The information should be more transparent."

"Great location in La Spezia, just a 10 minute walk from the train station. Very centrally located in the main town area, close to supermarkets and lots of restaurants. Easy communication in the lead up to check in, and friendly cleaning staff. Modern and clean room - something to note is that the shower is very tight (coming from an average sized female). Not fully soundproofed, you get a bit of street noise and can hear the floor above when they move around but didn't affect my sleep at all. This was the perfect base to explore Cinque Terre, wish we could have stayed longer! "
