"We were 5 teens and 2 adults. The house was great - so much space, all the bedrooms were a nice size with en-suites, the pool table was very well used, there was so much to do in the house, the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking a few meals, and there was a beautiful view from the terrace. We would definitely stay again."

"Had a great two week vacation at Eduardo's place in Reggello. Beautiful little cabin with a pool and well kept yard, set within an olive orchard and vineyard. Hosts passed along some fresh eggs from the hens and tomatoes from the property. The house seems quite new by Italian standards and is in excellent condition. Pool is fantastic. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this spot for small groups and families. "

"We loved our stay. From the start David sent all kinds of information. We had a few more questions about the bus and the area, David sent answers with in minutes with GPS maps. We loved the view, the Persimmon and Pomegranate from the trees in the yard were delicious. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were awesome, everything was clean. We stayed at 3 other locations this trip and this was our favorite. My wife said the blow dryer was the best blow dryer in Italy."

"Beautiful place and a very friendly and helpful host. Authentic Tuscan farmhouse with no frills. Lovely views all round, especially from the terrace. Excellent bar/ restaurant within walking distance. It was very hot when we were there, so the location of the pool across the road was a problem. Otherwise,great."

"Villa Il Forte is the most incredible setting. It is an incredible historic and luxurious home while being comfortable, spacious and accommodating. Many different spaces to relax, connect and play. Paolo’s team were absolutely amazing. The chef Thomas is so talented while also being wonderfully personable and fun. The driver Fabrizio was so generous and thoughtful. His guides were knowledgeable and friendly. I have already booked it for next year! I can’t wait to go back! "

"Simona and Enrico were at the house to great us and also have a new washer installed. The home is everything we hoped for- clean, a well stocked kitchen, large upstairs bathroom and breathtaking views. It was the perfect place for us to unwind after several days in hotels. The home has several information brochures for wine tasting and restaurants.. Simon’s and Enrico were the perfect hosts. Highly recommend their home. "

"Our 2-wk. reservation (Oct. 5-19) was actually increased by a week Sept. 28-Oct. 5, making it a 3-wk reservation, however, due to a medical issue, we had to return to the USA 10 days early. Gabriella was a wonderful property manager assisting us with seeking medical and hospital care. Lovely property and location."

"What a slice of paradise Marco's house is, it is better than the photos and the perfect place to retreat to after exploring the Tuscan countryside. Mrs Lucia, her sister and daughter gave us an unforgettable evening teaching us how to make pasta...something the kids will never forget. The pool was a beautiful relief from the heat. Beds very comfortable. Marco a great communicator. We would definitely come back stay!"

"The house was great and Paula and Niccolo the best. Not a lot of restaurants nearby and you need to make reservations, but about 15 minuntes to Florence."

"We were a group of 10 people and the villa was perfect for us. From the beautiful garden and the great pool you have a unique view. The house is charming, with antique furniture, tile floors, and beautiful views, the bedrooms are very large, much more than it seems from the photographs. We found the house perfectly clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need. You can sit down to eat in the kitchen and living room as well as in the patio with many people around the table. Thank you...

Always there when needed to help with a dinner reservation or to answer questions about how to do something or where to go. If you want Italian charm...this is it. And the pool was spectacular. I can't recommend more highly."

"We enjoyed our stay at Le Vecchie Villa near Radda Italy. The views from our villa were magnificent, olive trees and vineyards surrounding the property. It's a bit of a steep climb on the unpaved road to the property so drive slow and steady. I'd recommend guests get a vehicle with a sufficient ground clearance to avoid the ruts on the road. We experienced some rain, so it was nice to stay in for the day and play games and sample our many Italian food delights purchased at the local Coop grocery...

"Our experience mirrors those of others who have given high ratings. Cristina is a very thoughtful host, and the apartment is in a good location and comfortable. It is all on one level except for a small step in the bathroom. One of the most helpful things Cristina did was to point out on a map where the two closest bus lines stopped and assure us that the bus takes credit cards. We stayed 9 nights and took the bus only seven times -- Florence is a compact, walkable, and lovely city. ...

"Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically. Interesting but annoying when people would come check it out or tap on our house (happened a couple times). It was kinda funny but always awkward. We had a bed, closet, mini fridge, and bathroom. They had a shuttle to take you partially into town or you could walk to Firenze Rovezzano (train station)....

"The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I loved the morning breakfast options. My favourite part was how centrally located this hotel was. It made it so easy for me to pop back in for a break throughout the day. Very eco friendly and comfortable accommodations. Would definitely stay there again. "

"We travel twice a year and have long stays and don't ususally review. But, we both agree this hotel deserves a comment. All of the hotel staff at Hotel Paris are exceptional!! From check in to check out everyone always smiled and offered themselves generously. They made us feel like they were happy we were there. The hotel had exactly what you want when away from home, clean comfortable friendly service. The hotel is historic and beautiful and they preserved that well in renovations. The location can not be beat. Massimo and Massimo(Maxamillion) were the stars. Attrie( sorry for the spelling) was kind and sweet. The woman in the dining room, we don't know her name, was very attentive and sweet. The room was new and fresh each day, although we never saw the cleaning crew. Thank you for a marvelous stay in this home away from home. "
