"I would stay nowhere else when back in Florence!!! And would pray to get my beyond beautiful room overlooking the Arno once again. I was granted an upgrade without even asking. THANK YOU SO MUCH! "Absolutely beautiful and unique time here. The staff were top-notch; helpful, kind and discreet. Breakfast had everything you could want including delicious cappuccino! It was a little warm in the room at night but that was a small issue compared to all the many positives of this property. They have very light aromatic oil sticks in the common areas; a wonderful aroma wafts by you at times. Nothing strong; just very nice. Housekeeping daily at your convenience. "Our experience mirrors those of others who have given high ratings. Cristina is a very thoughtful host, and the apartment is in a good location and comfortable. It is all on one level except for a small step in the bathroom. One of the most helpful things Cristina did was to point out on a map where the two closest bus lines stopped and assure us that the bus takes credit cards. We stayed 9 nights and took the bus only seven times -- Florence is a compact, walkable, and lovely city. ...

Paris Hotel in central Florence

"The hotel was beautiful! The staff upon arriving were friendly and eager to help. The car parking was easy. Once you pull up they help with the luggage, you hand them your keys and they will park it for you. When leaving you tell them 30 minutes before and they will have the car out front ready for you. The all day tea and coffee is a nice accommodation. "

Couldn't ask for a better location

"Bernini Palace is an impeccably appointed hotel located two minutes from the Piazza del Signoria and the Bargello. In the nearby square are several cafes and on side streets nearby there some excellent restaurants. The hotel's staff is very helpful and always there to assist you. The breakfast room is stunning. I have only one negative: we booked a "classic room," the least expensive room in the hotel. For a five-star hotel, the room was small, not what you would expect in a hotel of this class. But, this did not take away from our experience, and the hotel is highly recommended."
