"One of the most beautiful places I have stayed, and a great location for going shopping and exploring the city. Right on the canal, it’s pretty tough to beat. My friend and I got a suite and it was plenty of space and amenities."

"The property was very well located and walkable to all the major sites. Check in was seemless and front desk staff was very helpful. The room was a little dated but as an apartment it had a full kitchen and a separate loft bedroom for my daughter. great choice of hotel for a very reasonable price. i would stay there again."

"Loved my 5 night stay at Palazzo Graziani. A gorgeous old building (300+ years) with thoughtfully updated rooms. I stayed in a single room and although smallish it had all the amenities needed, including a kettle, tea and a small fridge and smart use of space. Spotlessly clean. "We loved our experience at Palazzo Belfiore! The appartment was charming and in a perfect location. Delicious restaurants and cool shops nearby. The kitchenette made our stay even more comfortable.The only downside was that it was fairly noisy. Our appartment was by the main entrance and we were also getting the noise from the street. "Very good location.Walkable to everything. Felt like we rented an apartment. Safe even though located on a busy street between restaurants. We were given a key to open the front door another for the gate inside the front door, another for the door to the apartment suite then another for the actual apartment door. "Our stay at Florence Hills and Resort was great! Service was amazing, all staff was very attentive. Nice pool size and outdoor lounging and seating area to relax after walking around Florence. The suite was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. We had the ham and cheese board, the risotto with pears and almonds, and the Fiorentina aka a huge T-bone steak. Can’t forget to mention the astonishing views of the mountains, so calming!"

"Overall the property was good. It was in a great location. The street outside was well lit at night and people played music or sang opera in the piazza in the evenings. Lot's of dining options. Bathroom is a little small and the elevator only goes to the fifth floor. We stayed on the 7th floor so we had to carry our bags up two flights. "

"A lovely new & modern hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the service from all staff was great. The pool area is spacious & comfortable and will be even better once the final bits of construction are finished and the pool bar is open. We dined in the restaurant each night and enjoyed the varied menu & excellent wine selection. Breakfast is also good with plenty of buffet & a la carte options. My family thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing time here and would recommend. "

"Such a beautiful property with amazing views. The staff and service is top notch. The Realis Villa Olmo was everything we hoped for and more for our first Tuscany experience. I highly recommend this hotel. We walked to a couple restaurants and had an amazing meal. We were close enough to Florence so we could do a day trip. Beautiful property! We cannot wait to come back "

"Our experience mirrors those of others who have given high ratings. Cristina is a very thoughtful host, and the apartment is in a good location and comfortable. It is all on one level except for a small step in the bathroom. One of the most helpful things Cristina did was to point out on a map where the two closest bus lines stopped and assure us that the bus takes credit cards. We stayed 9 nights and took the bus only seven times -- Florence is a compact, walkable, and lovely city. ...

"Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically. Interesting but annoying when people would come check it out or tap on our house (happened a couple times). It was kinda funny but always awkward. We had a bed, closet, mini fridge, and bathroom. They had a shuttle to take you partially into town or you could walk to Firenze Rovezzano (train station)....

"The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I loved the morning breakfast options. My favourite part was how centrally located this hotel was. It made it so easy for me to pop back in for a break throughout the day. Very eco friendly and comfortable accommodations. Would definitely stay there again. "

"We travel twice a year and have long stays and don't ususally review. But, we both agree this hotel deserves a comment. All of the hotel staff at Hotel Paris are exceptional!! From check in to check out everyone always smiled and offered themselves generously. They made us feel like they were happy we were there. The hotel had exactly what you want when away from home, clean comfortable friendly service. The hotel is historic and beautiful and they preserved that well in renovations. The location can not be beat. Massimo and Massimo(Maxamillion) were the stars. Attrie( sorry for the spelling) was kind and sweet. The woman in the dining room, we don't know her name, was very attentive and sweet. The room was new and fresh each day, although we never saw the cleaning crew. Thank you for a marvelous stay in this home away from home. "
