"We stayed here for four nights in early October and it was lovely. Bobby Sue upgraded us from a Cherry motel room to Rosewood Villa 15 with 2 bedrooms with king size beds plus a loft and it was very nice. Had a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and dishes and utensils. Nice living area with an electric fireplace. Bathroom was nice and big with a great bathtub and shower! My only suggestion would be to install a couple more towel bars, there was only one. The property is very pretty with a little lake and walking trails. The staff we encountered was pleasant and accommodating. Although we ate all our meals in the cabin, there are restaurants in Bethlehem and Littleton which are close by. It was a great base to explore the White Mountains! Thank you Bobby Sue and staff for your hospitality!"

"Every now and then you stumble across a gem and you wish you had more days to stay. That is the Sunset Hill House. This place has historical charm, breathtaking views, and has managed to keep itself updated. over 9 days in New England and this was the best place we stayed. I cannot say enough about it. You will not regret it!"
