"Property in a pretty, wooded area. Peaceful. The stove could have used a better wipe down and there was dust and cobwebs all over the fan. The inside door handle is broken and the shower caddy fell off in the middle of the night and woke us up. There was a blinking colored porch light on that I couldn't figure out how to turn off and made it hard for me to fall asleep. "

"Stayed @ Ross Mansion for the Hattiesburg Half Marathon. Walking distance to the start/finish. Discovered so many great new restaurants & shops downtown. Close to train depot. Looking @ a future stay tied to a train trip to Laurel. Gerry & Jenny were great hosts. Left for the race early & were not returning until after breakfast. So they made fruit yogurt parfaits the night before for us. Love the history & all the special pieces."
