"Very cute, the staff were all friendly. It is in a prime location. Even though it is supposedly safe, the forest room door was very hard to latch and wouldn’t latch when I left so had to switch rooms. They switched me next to the stairs and it was very noisy from the foot traffic, people in the parking lot, and rooms sermons me with loud kids. The next room also had just a lock on the handle, it was loose and didn’t feel secure. As a singular lady, didn’t feel the safest so I switched to...

"It seemed as if some of the security lights and cameras were in need of repair. Fortunately I was able to park near my room and in a very well lit area. Some areas of the building and parking lot are in total darkness. Overall, a good place for a nights rest. "The title says it all. The property is located at the heart of Austin. We walked everywhere in the city. The staff was friendly and the apartment is well-equipped and spacious. We had noisy lodgers upstairs for the first 2 nights which is not the hotel's fault; however, it is worth noting that sound travels between floors. The big question is 'Would I stay here again?' The answer is Yes."
