"Have stayed here many times over 10 years .. great location .. I would just suggest maybe they check the facilities all work , as TV was not fully working and whilst it did get fixed just a little inconvenient for us and staff. Air con was set too warm and staff had to reset lower for us as could not be changed in the room. Having said this I would still happily stay here again. "

Beds were more comfortable here than many places we have been The room is above the restaurant so the noise can be loud and go quite late as well there are no light blocking blinds on the windows so your up with the sun. "Our stay was excellent here at bello! Suites. Alberto was friendly and accomodating throughout. We self checked in and had easy to follow instructions. There was an slight issue with the blinds and alberto found a solution immediately. Great location and base to explore the surrounding areas of the lake as you are very close to the ferry port. "Yazia was a great host. Our train from Milan was cancelled, which meant we were very late arriving and well outside of normal check in time. Nothing was too much trouble for Yazia who gave us a great welcome. The “hotel” was very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean, in a great location not far from the lake and with an abundance of restaurants on the door step. Would strongly recommend for a stop in Como June 2024"

"Gate buzzer was answered on arrival. Basic information given. First problem was the TV did not work, this was fixed. Second the plug on the kettle would not go into the socket. The management was called and he came down and with great force managed to plug the kettle in. We left it plugged in for our 3 day stay. The plug on the fridge did not fit the socket as it was not a compatible socket. The remote would not work to turn the TV off the first night. We called the hotel number on the card with...

"This property was unreal and completely redesigned 3 years ago. It’s such a well designed hotel with taste and fashion throughout. The modern funky design meets 1000 year old wooden beams and aged exposed brick. The view we had from our room over the piazza and looking at the church was stunning. The balcony was awesome to be on to watch the crowds below. The only issue was the A/C and lights shut off when you leave the room or are still for long enough for the A/C to kick off and the room turns...

"Nice room in a cute complex. No wifi made it difficult. Sheets not included and had to pay extra for them. Good kitchen utensils but no dish soap, so cleaning was difficult. No extra toilet paper provided during a 4 day stay. We had a good time but would have appreciated a few more amenities. "

"Clean, comfortable and perfect for anyone wanting to stay close to Milan. Reasonably priced. Great staff, . Very friendly and helpful.espresso in the lobby daily and the rooms are equality kitchenette, refrigerator and all the comforts of home. Great shopping and restaurant around. Walkable to train station direct to Milan Centrale and also Duomo.Highly recommend!"

"Spectacular lakefront views with large balcony (Patria) apt. W full kitchen, large bathroom and roomy bedroom with adequate queen mattress. Sabrina had it nicely prepared for our arrival though she was unable to welcome us as we arrived after 2:30 pm. She left details requested regarding walkable restaurants and ferry transportation which was very helpful. We stopped at a grocery store in Como to stock up for our 3 night stay not knowing the extent of food necessities and goodies awaiting us...
