"This appartment is in a great location for seeing this wonderful city. Check in, although not personal, was remarkably good. Fridge noisy, bed noisy, a little olive oil salt and pepper would have been nice. We didn't need it , but a cutting board in the kitchen should be provided. The toilet paper provided was of the very worst quality! 😀"

"Wir hatten bei ihnen ein Zimmer gebucht, jedoch konnte mein Mitarbeiter bei ihnen nicht einchecken da dieses Hotel nur für „Golfspieler“ sei. Es war nirgendwo gekennzeichnet dass dieses Hotel ausschließlich für Golfspieler sei! Meine Mitarbeiter wurden daraufhin in ein anderes Hotel weitergeleitet, wäre das klar gewesen, hätte ich nicht bei ihnen gebucht!!"

"Excellent location - 5min to the train station and the airport line and less than to to the Rathaus. Great amenities. The reception arrangements were not great as it’s reduced capacity on weekend, and email communications were slow - but we got there in the end."

"Comfortable though not cozy and too corporate style for my taste - has full kitchen. Hotel staff to guest ratio seemed high in the maintenance (had to call for electrical problem) and front desk, but fewer staff in the cafe where the better tables were slow to clear (maybe due to Covid?). "

The room i was offered was very dirty, there were cigarette ashes on the table, the bathroom was dirty and the worst part was that I opened the microwave and there was a bucket full of moulded chicken so i quickly called receptionist, he came up and said he was sorry and quickly took the moulded chicken out from the microwave. He then offered me another room, the floor was dirty, the washing basin was dirty, i went back to the reception but found no one. I just took...
