"Overall the place is beautiful clean and well located in a more quiet area which was perfect . The room is beautiful and spacious, they offer snacks coffee , full kitchen and beautiful garden in the back . Make sure you take a water taxi to get to the property. Waking from the parking area is a good 15 mins walk and with luggage makes it hard , also make sure you pay the fees before arriving , they wouldn’t give us the code of the door unless it was done but they send it a day before ( my fault...

"This is a beautiful, historic apartment, very clean, safe, and very close to the Venice train station. Very quiet location with plenty of room with two large bedrooms, two large bathrooms, large kitchen, and a huge living area with a comfy couch that fit the whole family. It's about a 15 min walk to St. Mark's Square and it's fun to wind your way through Venice on the way. At the end of the day it's an easy water taxi back (water taxi drop off is 3 minutes away). Took the water ferry from the airport to Fondamente Nove leaving us with just a 7 minute walk to the apt where we met Zelina who gave us all the info we needed for the apt and the area. "Excellent property right by the San Basilio vaporetto stop. Easy to navigate transportation to/from the airport. The front desk staff were amazing! They were very professional & super helpful. They happily answered all of our questions about the hotel, the city, & arranging a driver to the airport our last morning since we had a very early morning flight. Would definitely recommend staying here. "

"We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this well located hotel. Only steps from the famous Rialto bridge, water bus and gondola rides. The staff was excellent. They even arranged a free water taxi ride to Murano and paid our entry into the glass factory. The room is small but nothing to complain about."

"The property is beautiful and the room was amazing. Very clean with housekeeping meeting our every need. The staff at the Front Desk cannot do enough for you, they are AMAZING, and feel like family. The staff in the breakfast room provide the best breakfast anywhere, and their attention to detail is exceptional. This is my favorite hotel ANYWHERE!!!!!! I can't wait to go back each year.
