"Front desk lady was unpleasant and was letting everybody cut me making me wait an extra 30 minutes For no reason. Otherwise, the other front desk, people were very nice and helpful, and the property was just as shown."

"Beautiful city and the hotel is located in a really good location. The staff were friendly and the rooms clean. However the rooms were a little dated and in need of some upgrades. We stopped over for a night and its a good hotel to spend a night and explore the lovely city. "

We didn’t choose their breakfast. We used the pool once, it is down two flights of stairs, the changing area is small, whilst it looked stylish, lacked any rails to enter pool. "

"This is a great hotel ideally located for a longer visit and walk into the city. Our bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever had in a hotel. Although a long drive from Lincoln may have helped our sleep. The shower was excellent in terms of heat and power but the dated above bath holder and curtain let it down. It was too high and was best hand held or angered on the stability bar. That was a pity as otherise this was a nice hotel with great free parking. "

"We rented a two bedroom apartment made of connecting a single bedroom apartment and a studio. We had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen living space with a sofa bed and a large family table. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave and stove. Everything to cook and have dinner for at least 6 people. "This hotel is in front of the beautiful train station in Antwerp. It is perfect if you are arriving or leaving by the central train station. The view of the train station at night from the hotel is magnificent. It is an architectural gem."

"Easy parking. Friendly receptionist checked us in and gave directions to restaurant which was open despite it being 14:00. Good food in the restaurant. However, I must comment on the breakfast which was one of the best we have experienced. The Orang juicer gave fresh juice. The hot food was freshly cooked and appetising and there were 4 Coffee machines all of which worked. Our room was quiet despite having the ring road only 150 metres away. Travel into the center of the city was by the 24 tram which was only a 10 min walk away. In summary I would stay again."
