"Overall good location for heading to center of town for dining and beverage. Convenient to major bus and train station Staff very helpful and welcoming. comfortable accommodations but there are no amenities at all. No laundry facilities, self laundry is a 17 minute walk. No hairdryer in room. Also Would have been nice to have a common area for brewing hot water for evening tea and refrigerator to hold food because restaurant is not open every day. "

The only negative thing I found (and it bother me because I was traveling with kids) was the cleaning lady knocking at my door at 9:30, then at 9:45 pointing at her watch, when checking out is at 10. As we are asked to check in at 3pm, I was expecting to be left alone until 10am. "

"Our stay at Viva rooms was good. The location between the train station and the tourist areas was great. The host was excellent at responding to messages and met us at the hotel. She was really nice and even recommended a book store for us to find a special book. The room was in ok condition, but the shower needed some work (some mold growing on the floor tiles around the drain). The bed was large, but a bit too hard for my taste. "My mom and I had such a lovely stay at this little place in the mountains. We booked because it was very close to the airport and she had an early flight. The accommodations were amazing for the price and the staff were so sweet and accommodating. We had dinner as well and were both very happy with our meals. Definitely would book again if I’m in the area! "

"Beautiful country side location. We were so unlucky with the weather, it was raining all the time and we couldn't really enjoy everything that the property had to offer. Alexandra, one of the owners, was great, what a kind person! Room was beautiful and super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and eggs cooked to order. The room is great with comfortable beds, good shower, and an unbelievable breakfast full of fresh ingredients as well as traditional Slovenian specialties.
