After a lot of talking they send someone (staff) to clean that made us very clear that she was not happy to do it!! Second they have iron for clothes in the rooms. Anything you have to pay to ironed! I like the hotel but they have to improve and be more friendly with guests"

"The rooms are comfy with necessary space for all your stuff, a/c was work fine, even its a 3 star hotel it's feel a bit more ranked. But the tap shower, need more maintenance and the mini fridge, isn't chilling at all. The water on swimming pool was cold, the sauna and jacuzzi were out of order. "

"It’s a good hotel but there are many things to improve like a better training to the employees. The keeping house service sometimes do not do a complete service. The waiters are slow. In the gym you have 4 thredmill but just one was working. Doesn’t have towels available as you require to use. The price is expensive then you have to offer a similar service. Thanks "
